Nondiscriminatory policy
IBE admits any student or instructor of any age, religion, race, ethnic origin, color, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Institute. All students and instructors are welcome to take all online courses, seminars, conferences, or any other program that IBE offers. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are figured by weight and will be added to orders automatically. International orders including Canada are shipped via US Parcel Post Airmail. No additional shipping charges apply within US or Canada.
For other International orders, you will be notified by email of the shipping charges before your order is shipped. On International orders the buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties. etc.
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive regular ground delivery.
Payment
We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard only. All currency is in US Dollars.
We use Paypal for online transcations.
Tax Rates
Tax rate of 7% applies ONLY to Florida State residents.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Courses: IBE 101 and IBE 200 courses in printed form only can be cancelled without any reason during the first week. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. You must obtain authorization from IBE before sending the course back. Your return request must be no later than 5 business days from the day of UPS recorded delivery.
Purchase of the On-line Course packs are final and not refundable.
Seminars: Any student unable to attend a seminar 45 days prior to the seminar is entitled to either a refund, less a 15% administrative fee and less $250 for the non-refundable online course fee, or the student can elect to apply this course fee to a future seminar. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to a seminar will be treated as a credit and applied to a future IBE seminar or event. "No shows" will not be credited or refunded.
In the unlikely event that IBE cancels a seminar, all monies will be refunded.

Please be advised that all course materials are copyright protected. Students may not copy, print or distribute course materials or parts of them without the written permission of IBE, Clearwater, FL.
